ABOUT US

Built From Experience.
Created to Help You Get More Time.

We exist because losing a home should not also mean losing the opportunity to understand your rights.

This organization was created from firsthand experience with foreclosure and eviction. After going through the process without understanding what was supposed to happen, we learned how important notices, deadlines, court procedures, and legal requirements can be.

Today, our purpose is to help others understand the eviction-after-foreclosure process earlier — before important deadlines pass and before they feel they have no options left.

This is why I created
this organization.

I lost my home after foreclosure and didn’t know what to do. I was kicked out with nowhere to go.

Later I realized that didn’t need to happen.

Banks and foreclosure purchasers do not always follow every required procedure.

When problems in the process are identified, there may be opportunities to challenge what happened, negotiate more time, or seek relocation assistance depending on the circumstances.

There are specific legal requirements and timelines that must be followed in an eviction after foreclosure. California Code of Civil Procedure § 1161a(b)(3)

What I Stand For

The Law Must Be Followed

Banks and purchasers must follow the required legal process.

Notices & Timelines Matter

Every notice, deadline, and required step can affect your rights.

Your Rights. Your Voice.

You deserve to understand what is happening and what options may be available.

Explore Every Option

Defenses, objections, negotiation, or other solutions may provide additional time.

You Don’t Have to Face This Alone

Our purpose is to help you understand the process and determine what comes next.

To help people understand the eviction-after-foreclosure process before they lose valuable time, rights, or options.

We provide clear information about notices, deadlines, court procedures, and possible ways to get more time when available.
